Pride and Time
Time is of the essence and no minute past the present is promised. You can’t keep leaving things undone hoping that time will finish them for you and in your favor. Stop sitting around waiting for life to cater to you and your wants because it never will. You don’t get the time you waste back, and you’re lying to yourself if you think second chances are promised. Don’t let pride trick you into thinking you have forever to right your wrongs. Get things right while you still can. Don’t wait too long. Don’t think too much. Don’t move too slow. You can’t allow your pride to stall you out of the happiness you deserve. Don’t become so stubborn that you get stuck in sadness. The quickest way to miss out on something amazing is taking too long to realize you made a mistake. The most valuable gift you can give to anybody is your time. The most dangerous thing in spoiling that gift is pride. Too little, too late will leave you with too many regrets. Do what you can, while you can. If you don’t realize what you have until it’s gone, you’ve lost, because by then it doesn’t matter anymore. Don’t let your pride steal your gift of time.
